I’m Dr Tess Browne, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and founder of The Mind Atelier, a boutique private psychology practice. Formerly a lead psychologist within both the NHS and Goldman Sachs, I draw on over 20 years of international experience and evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT and EMDR, to help women understand and overcome patterns of stress, anxiety, burnout and trauma - so they can feel calmer on the inside, more confident in themselves and more connected to what matters most.
