I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing parental, work or traumatic stress.
Therapy provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore, process and modify distressing emotions, thoughts, memories and unhelpful behaviours. Working collaboratively, we’ll figure out the specific factors keeping you feeling stuck, and use evidence-based techniques and strategies to help you to move forward. I offer short (6-10 sessions), medium (11-40 sessions) and longer-term therapy (40+ sessions).
