I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing parental, work or traumatic stress.

Therapy provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore, process and modify distressing emotions, thoughts, memories and unhelpful behaviours. Working collaboratively, we’ll figure out the specific factors keeping you feeling stuck, and use evidence-based techniques and strategies to help you to move forward.

Connect on a free 15 minute intro call to establish if I am best suited for your current needs, based on my experience and specialisms.

2.

Schedule an initial appointment to assess your current mental health, strengths, challenges, and goals for therapy.

3.

Create a collaborative formulation (i.e. hypothesis) to help you understand your challenges, how they’ve developed and what keeps them going.

4.

Meet on a regular basis to work through your challenges, and consider a maintenance plan to help you sustain your progress long-term.
